Cancellation and Refund Policy
Returns, refunds and rights of cancellation
We try our best to minimize the difference between customer expectations and the actual product by providing the options to preview the entire book and edit inputs throughout the purchase journey. Customers shall have the right to cancel an Order only in the following circumstances:
(i) If we have failed to deliver the Order within 15 working days after the date you placed the Order;
(ii) In the case of Defective Products at the earliest opportunity after customer reports discovering the fault or defect, in no case longer than 14 days after receiving the product.
If the customer cancels an Order due to either of the above, we shall be responsible for all sums paid (including initial and re-delivery charges (if any) in respect of the Order in question and a full refund will be processed to your account within 45 working days from cancellation.
Typical examples of “Defective” Product would comprise a damaged book/ missing pages/incorrect personalization from what you ordered.
